Her most recent projects...

• Design and faciliation of a retreat which created a new vision, mission and values for a non-profit organization. This required bringing together all the voices of their stakeholders to create a set of strategic statements that fit.

• Recruitment of an international management position in the grocery wholesale and distribution industry. From job description through to interview and introductions, finding the right person meant being very clear about the performance results needed.
• Design of a succession management program from job descriptions to planning the leadership development. This multi-stage project is about to move towards implementation of a new performance management system guided by an internal advisory committee. 

Succession Management at RONA Inc. was the subject of my MBA major project...RONA Inc, is innovating in that area with high levels of support for new entrepreneurs. 

• Coaching and consulting for an experienced entrepreneur who was putting together an acquisition proposal for several business units. They needed a confidential resource for support to create and advise on the proposal, alternatives and prepare for the meetings.
