For today's corporate world, change comes from every conceivable place. Taking a look at research related to change initiatives, there is much to learn about how organizations change. However it is more than just the plan or the process, people have to make it through the change, too. The important difference being that people 'transition'...they don't necessarily change at the same speed and timing as the organization does. So what do your people need to get through change? Shannan walks through a simple yet effective model for understanding change then pairs it with simple advice for surviving large scale change.
